Empower You NOLA is a New Orleans-based community platform and nonprofit dedicated to public safety, civic education, and accountability. Through community safety classes, investigative reporting, and partnerships with local leaders, Empower You NOLA works to bridge the gap between the public and the criminal justice system while empowering residents with knowledge, resources, and their rights.
Justin Brown, founder and CEO of Empower You NOLA, is a criminal justice professional with over 17 years of experience in law enforcement and public safety. He is widely known for using his platform to educate the community, amplify truth and transparency, and create real solutions through collaboration, advocacy, and action.
We are so excited to kick off the year at Vacca Steakhouse - a first time for the Club! Please keep in mind that we are always open to any suggestions if you are every looking to try a new spot, a local gem, or a personal favorite!
Please note that February's lunch is on a WEDNESDAY.
While our lunches typically are held on the second Tuesday of the month, the February lunch has been moved to Wednesday for this month only. We will return to our standard "Second Tuesday" scheduling starting in March.
